We now have five campuses along the Sussex coast
Our East Brighton Campus is located on Wilson Avenue close to Brighton Marina. Staff and students can travel between our Brighton campuses on a free shuttle bus, which runs throughout the day. Our East Brighton Campus is the location of our free staff gym, which is available to all MET staff.
Our Central Brighton Campus is located on Pelham Street, in the heart of Brighton's vibrant North Laine area and is close to bus and mainline rail services.
Our Shoreham Airport Campus offers unique facilities for students including an aircraft hangar with several aircraft and components and an automobile workshop with several vehicles and high-tech diagnostic equipment.
Our Broadwater Campus in Worthing is a short walk from Worthing mainline train station and the historic town centre.
Our West Durrington Campus is located in the stunning Worthing countryside and is close to Goring by Sea train station. At West Durrington, staff can enjoy both our Arundel Restaurant and a Nuffield Gym facility. Facilities for students include a professionally-equipped theatre, state-of-the-art recording studios and a range of studios and workshops for creative practices such as painting, printmaking, ceramics, textiles, photography, graphics and media.

Pensions
Staff at the College automatically become members of the Teachers Pension Scheme or Local Government Pension Schemes, depending on their role. Staff contributions are between 5.5% and 11.7% depending on the role and the salary. The College contributes in excess of 16% for Teachers and 25% for Support Staff salaries.
Holidays
Holiday entitlements for staff vary between a minimum of 22 days for full-time support staff and up to 40 days for teaching staff, plus bank holidays. Normally 3 closure days are reserved for the Christmas closure period. For support staff there is an annual 'length of service' increment of one day each year, up to a maximum of 27 days.

Catering facilities at the College provide a wide range of high-quality meals and snacks at inexpensive prices and are available at all campuses. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
Gallery Restaurant and Arundel Restaurant
Our fantastic student training restaurants located at Central Brighton Campus and West Durrington Campus provide top dining at low prices with both lunch and dinner options available as well as specialist and themed events. Our restaurants regularly offer special discounts to staff.
LRC (Learning Resource Centre)
Staff have full access to comprehensively stocked Libraries and Learning Resource centres, stocked with books, newspapers, magazines and videos.

Staff have access to confidential welfare counselling and Occupational Health unit facilities and support.
Free staff gym
A free Staff Gym is located at the Brighton MET East campus.
Corporate Gym membership are also available for staff (including The Nuffield Gym Broadwater and FIT4 Worthing)
Ride to Work
This Cycle to Work scheme allows staff via a salary sacrifice scheme to buy a bike and equipment after an initial hire period.
EASIT card
The MET has teamed up with EASIT, the travel green network, to provide staff discounts that could include up to 15% off train tickets and 10% off bus season tickets.

Staff are offered generous maternity, adoption and paternity benefits including leave that is higher than statutory levels. We also participate in the Childcare Voucher scheme (see above).
Hours of work
Full time employees work 37 hours a week. Flexible working arrangements, including term-time only and part-time work are common arrangements within the College.
